OES vacuum generators can be easily and quickly combined with the entire line of our solvent recycler systems.
The adoption of a vacuum generator means a considerable drop in the solvent boiling temperature, allowing therefore to recover substances having a boiling point higher than 392℉/200℃. Moreover a vacuum generator allows you to recover high temperature solvents (solvents subject to decomposition, if distilled at too high temperatures). Vacuum operated distillation assures a high yield and produces residuals containing very small quantities of solvent. These models are pneumatically operated and the vacuum rate is adjustable.
